Happy Hollow

We took the girls to a great "little people" amusement park/zoo called Happy Hollow yesterday. The girls had a blast looking at all of the wild animals, especially Sophia the Jaguar, playing on the jungle gyms and, well, initially only Brandi loved riding the rides.

Above: Look at that static electricity. It was hilarious checking out the do's at the end of the slide ride. As soon as they would jump off their hair would drop right back into place. Comical!

Below: Isn't it funny how kids are? This fishing cat was circling and circling its cage, walking right past the window and all of the viewers. It was great to see it up so close. If you look at the 1st pic, the girls are looking so closely for the cat. The 2nd pic, they clearly lost patience waiting :o) Helloooooo, look behind you, there goes the kitty.

Below: What kid is afraid of the carousel? Brooke, that is who. All of a sudden our little girl is so afraid of rides she was actually shaking while I held her in my arms until the ride stopped. It was the 1st ride of the day and they stopped it especially for Brooke, poor baby, who knew? Brandi was a different story, she loved all of the rides. So while Brandi rode the rides, Brooke rode......

The Croc that played lullaby's

The good news is, at the very end of the day and after Brooke watched Brandi having a great time all by herself, she asked to ride on the Lady Bugs.....
